How To Make Mirchi Bajji

MirchiBajji is a famous mouth watering tea time snack item. Its preparation is very simple. Let’s see how to make MirchiBajji.

             



INGREDIENTS:

  •          BESAN OR CHANNADAL FLOUR :  1CUP

  •          LARGE GREEN CHILLIES :  6 OR 7

  •          RICE FLOUR :  ¼ CUP

  •          TURMURIC : A PINCH

  •          RED CHILLI POWDER : 3TBSPN

  •          BAKING SODA : A PINCH

  •          SALT : AS MUCH NEEDED

  •          AJWAIN SEEDS : 1/4 TBSPN

  •          ONION : 1

  •          OIL : AS MUCH NEEDED FOR DEEP FRY

  •          WATER : AS MUCH NEEDED TO PREPARE THE BATTER


PREPARATION:

  •          First take the green chilies and slit in the middle of the chili and remove the seeds             from chili.

  •          Take a bowl with besan flour and add little bit of rice flour to it.
  •          Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric, baking soda to that flour.
   
  •          Now add water to that flour until it becomes like thick batter.
  •          Next add ajwain seeds to that batter.

  •          Now take green chillies and dip gently into that besan batter.

  •          Take a separate pan with sufficient oil and heat the oil.
  •          Once oil is heated take the green chillies which are properly dipped into batter and           add  into the heat oil and make deep-fry until they turn to golden brown color.
                                                

  •          Once all chilies are fried drain on a tissue paper to absorb the oil garnish with onion           pieces and coriander leaves.
  •           Now enjoy the spicy mirchi bajji.
