Chapati is
very famous popular recipe which is prepared in all over India which is very delicious
and also healthy breakfast. It is very easy to prepare at home. Let us see how
to prepare soft chapati.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour:
3 cups
Hot water: 1
cup
Oil: 2spoons
Salt: as
much needed
Ghee
(optional): 1tbspn
PREPARATION:
Take 3 cups
of wheat flour into a bowl.
Add required
salt and 2tbspn of oil and make salt and oil mix well to the flour.
Now take one
cup of hot water and pour into the flour gently slowly and mix well until it
turns to soft dough so that chapatis are made so soft.
Now make
medium size balls with dough.
Now cover it
with plastic wrap or lid and keep it aside for 15mts.
Now take one
round shaped ball and dust t with flour and roll it slowly until it turns like
a thin circle shape.
Next take a
roti making pan and heat it in a medium flame and apply oil or ghee on the top
of the chapathi roll both sides.
Now place
the rolled chapathi on the pan and cook it gently by flipping each side.
Cook for 30
seconds until you see the bubbles forming on chapatti roll.
Same way
cook all chapatti’s on medium flame.
If all the chapatti
are wrapped in aluminum foil it will stay soft for long time.
Now you can
serve and taste soft chapatis with some delicious curry.
