How To Make Aloo Fry | Crispy Aloo Fry | Potato Deep Fry

Aloo fry is very tasty and special recipe which is loved by everyone especially kids. This we can eat with combo of Tomato rasam and plain rice. 



Ingredients:

Potato’s (Peeled and washed): 5(medium size)



                                                 




Curry Leaves:  5 or 6

Cumin Seeds (or Jeera): 1tbsp

Mustard seeds (or Rai): 1tbsp
tempering sees

Haldi Powder (or Turmeric): 1tbsp

Turmeric


Red Chilli Powder: 1/2tbsp


Red chilli powder

Garammasala powder(optional):1/2tbsp

Salt: As much needed

Cooking Oil: 2tbspn


Preparation Process:


First take pealed potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Take a curry making pan and add sufficient oil and heat it.

Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and mustard seeds to the oil and fry it for few seconds.




Next add chopped potatoes to that oil.

Fry it for 2 minutes on a high flame.


Aloo

Now reduce the flame from high to medium.

Now add Haldi powder, red chili powder and sufficient salt and mix it well.

Stir it.

Now cover the pan and let it cook for 4 to 6 minutes on low medium flame.

Next finally add Garam masala powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Cover the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Ensure the potatoes are cooked properly before switching off the flame.

Aloo fry

Turn off the flame.

Take out in a serving plate.
