Everyone likes Dosa breakfast recipe very much. It is popular South Indian Tiffin. But before making dosa we all need to know how to prepare batter for making tasty masala dosa. Let us learn how to prepare dosa batter which is very easy.
INGREDIENTS:
Urad dal:
one cup
Rice: Three
cups
Channadal: half cup
FenuGreek
seeds: 1 tbsp
PREPARATION:
For the
preparation of batter we need 1:3 or 1:3.5 ratio of urad dal and rice.
Take one cup
of urad dal and 3 cups of rice and and half cup of channadal and 1tbspn of
fenugreek seeds add all in a bowl and soak in sufficient water and keep it
aside.
Let the
content be like that for 3 or 4 hours.
After the
grains are well soaked now take the content in a mixer grinder and grind it
well by adding sufficient water until it becomes a thick batter.
Take the
batter in a proper bowl and Keep it in warm room temperature throughout the
night .It should get ferment. It should get some sourness then only we will get
good tatse and crispiness for dosa.
Add some
soda powder and little pinch of sugar to it .If we do so we will get masala dosas very
tasty and crispy.
Now batter
is ready to prepare tasty dosa recipe with combo of groundnuts chutney.
