Daily 1 Apple ---- no Doctor

Surely The Apple is the noblest of all fruits. As we all know an apple a day keeps the Doctor away so we all need to what special about the colorful Apple.

Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber.
Apple reduces risk of cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart disease.
Vitamins in apple are: c, b, b-6, fiber.
Minerals in apple are: calcium, potassium, radicals.

Note: Wash the apple with water before you eat.

Daily 5 badam ------ no cancer
